He didn't just reshape U.S. monetary policy; he led an effort to save the world economy.

Yes, he didn't save the world economy. He helped drive it into the drink. The whole of this recession was caused by out of control banks and speculators, and he played to those people. The Federal Reserve always plays to the banks. ****, when he was questioned in Congress in a review he claimed the mandates of the Federal Reserve are to balance growth and inflation. It's unemployment and inflation! Growth can lead to less unemployment, but it doesn't have to. Growth is only the concern of major banks and investors. He has no balls, we should have left those who hung themselves there to hang. Not use the fed and bailouts of AIG to remove consequence from the very elitist aristocracy that drove us to the problem in the first place.

**** the Federal Reserve and it's chair.

He gets a helicopter? I'm willing to give him transportation to get here and there. But we'll use a catapult. Maybe a parachute....maybe.

Sure, but how familiar are you with debt markets?

Now, my challenge to you is to find another period in history when systemic fear was at those levels (jan '09).
It is not very unreasonable that the rich should contribute to the public expense, not only in proportion to their revenue, but something more than in that proportion.

I was not asking you to reference an article; anyone can do that.
