What we need is a modern day Lady Godiva, riding a bicycle in front of the Temple, with no clothes on, and with a sign painted on her back that says "I'm kosher, so eat me".

So long as they adhere to proper decency laws (such as not biking completely in the buff) there's nothing you can do about it.

I guess I come from a place which is extremely bike friendly. In Colorado, we encourage it as much as possible, and people take it to the extreme (biking up the canyon roads and such). So we've had to learn to get along (though it doesn't always work...always bikes bitching about cars and vis versa). There are bike lanes all over and rules for it. And people wear the stupid biking gear (tight spandex, pretending they're professional riders), but who really cares. So long as they aren't riding 3 abreast across a lane blocking traffic for everyone else (we had to make a rule about that because we have a good number of highly pretentious bike riders).

As such, I'm not sure they have an actual legal basis for the complaint. It's America, there's people do all sorts of ****. And there's bound to be people doing **** that you don't like. But so long as they aren't infringing upon any rights, there's not much one can rightfully do about it. Take this as a challenge, how strong is their conviction to their god. Though I really can't see the problem with hot women riding bikes past you. Other than the fact that you'll fall down or something equally stupid. It's a law really...when you see a hot chick, you're about to do something stupid to embarrass yourself.
Trust me, Brooklyn is pretty bike friendly. After some research, this is what I found out:

The Hasidim hate hipsters and wanted the bike lanes gone to let that be known, the mayor pushed for the removing of the lane as a way to repay the them for their support during the last election.
And why does your tone suggest that you do not care about children?
