Are there any social services that are ethnic focused? As I understand it, welfare or food stamps for instance, anyone can sign up for them.
Social services extend far beyond the conventional idea of food stamps and govm't cheez.
Specific money gets set aside for all manner of ethnic focused projects like:
Grants specifically designated to researchers and students of specific ethnicities.
Grants specifically designated to "historically black colleges".
Government funding of nonprofits that focuse on specific ethnicities.
Specific financial aid packages for black students.
The main problem with that is all it does is lock people up, which is another problem.
I don't see that as a problem.
Great, now how do we do that?
Work camps. If he isn't going to be there anyway, he may as well be off working to support his children. I imagine a year or three doing construction for 14 hours a day will make him appreciative of his family when he is done. The government gets free labor and his babies get fed.
Again, how do we even do that?
First of all, race is eliminated as part of a defense. The only time it can be part of a prosecution is when hate crime laws come into play. If the prosecutor can't make the claim that a criminal deserves to go to jail because he's black, then the defendant should not be able to claim that he shouldn't go to jail for the same reason.
Because really, if someone is going to claim that part of the "Black experience" is immersion in violence and a tendency toward criminal activity, is that really acceptable? If a white person made the same claim as a matter of prosecution, that wouldn't be acceptable. In fact, it would atrocious. So how come the same argument is permitted as a defense?
I submit that it should not.
Ridicule would probably be the best route.
Ridicule only goes so far.
