The sad truth is that any time you hire a 'monority', you leave yourself open to all kinds of claims of harassment, discrimination, etc.....
From a business standpoint worth it, IMO.....
That's the kind of attitude that undermines legitimate arguments against affirmative action. As long as there are people like you, we will have to deal with the racism discussion.

That still explains very little why their abuses against other minorities should be excused.
And why does your tone suggest that you do not care about children?

On the contrary, I might interview a few to keep up the illusion, but ultimately, their applications go right in the 'round file'....

That's not what you said. You said you would refuse to hire someone based on their name and implied it was because it sounded "ethnic".

You deserve to be sued for every penny you are worth. I would not hire someone like you because you would be a liability to the business.

Re: Attacked Asian Students Afraid To Go to School

Well, you might say different races specialize in different forms of violence. Black people destroy neighborhoods; white people destroy entire countries and cultures. Blacks pull off Crown Heights; whites pull off the Holocaust. No, violence does not stop being violence just because it's done in police or military uniform rather than a street gang uniform.

Black people dominate drug gangs on the street level, but anyone who thinks that's all there is to the drug trade is very naive and misinformed. And black gangsters (like the white Prohibition-era gangsters before them) would largely be out of a job were it not for the idiotic War on Drugs which is mainly waged and supported by white people.

I don't feel guilty at all for being born white. That would be stupid. However, I'm not buying into this whites are innocent victims shit for one second.

The bullshit about East Asian people being by nature kind and gentle model minorities makes me sick to my stomach when it doesn't make me laugh. Tell that to a WWII veteran who experienced combat against the Imperial Japanese. Can you say sadistic torture? Mass rapes? Mass graves? Comfort women aka sex slaves? Just because they seem "law abiding" in certain contexts doesn't mean they aren't capable of releasing their pent-up repressed instincts as massive violence when the order is given. It just means in a certain sense they're more authoritarian collectivist than blacks, like whites but they take that tendency even further.

I'm not going to bore you with detailing the obvious culprits like affirmative action. Instead, let me focus on something a little more subtle such as the culture of their churches. Black churches are steeped in racially divisive idealogies such as Black Liberation theology. The whole concept is that blacks are still a suppressed group and need to liberate...and, I don't know about anyone here, but I've never heard of a black man or woman in shackles workin the cotton fields in my time. The entire idea is an affront to the freedom blacks achieved and it impresses upon them an idea that they are victims. That victimhood goes right out the door on Sunday morning and carries over into a feeling of hopelessness when the parishioner shows up to work Monday morning. What should be an encouragement to achieve and rise up has now become a reminder that you're just a victim. So where is the point of ambition? And then external forces like affirmative action to that and it's the elephant in the room no one wants to talk about.
except, blacks are more likely to attend inferior schools than whites, and are less likely to have close, positive male role models.

education is an opportunity that isn't always equal.

The leaders of these black churches and other groups promoting victimization do such harm. All they are doing is making a dishonest living.
black theology, in part, stresses personal responsibility, NOT victimhood.
