This is merely a comparison to whichever party's candidate is in the Whitehouse. These things occur all the time in every argument. I wouldn't worry about them.

I would think the people in the particular community elect HOA representatives, who then meet and enact certain rules. Not all these rules are good rules, such as the one about denying flag poles.

Yes, that is what happens. They also discuss, probobly more importantly, collecting dues to pay for certain community servicies. For example, paying to maintain the neighborhoood's road, sewer, etc. They also can be used to represent the community in any legal disputes. For example, a contractor illegally taping into a communities sewer system. This, in my opinion, is the real reason for HOA's, the flagpole thing is out of line.

Yeah, we did the same with government though. We created it through a contract, we know the natural course there of. But we still reserve the right to revolt should the government act too grievously for too long against our rights and liberties.

    Plus, I like armed revolt.

From who? For all I know he molests his grandkids and then kills cats in his back yard. I don't give respect to people I don't know anything about. And the respect I'm talking about doesn't extend to him moving into a neighborhood that has guidelines for how houses are to look. Being a veteran is not some 'do what you want' card.

What a weak argument. You don't know him, so he might molest kids He's more than just a veteran. Make an exception and let a CMOH recipient fly a damn American flag on a pole. He's earned at least that much.

You are doing it again. This has nothing to do with Obama. You have a serious fixation on him, much moreso than those for whom you claim(falsely) that he is their messiah.
