Actually, I was only showing that you can feed kids a healthy meal for the same price as at McDonalds.
Look it up yourself and prove
this website wrong then. I'll be waiting.
I buy them every week. Do you ever go grocery shopping???

No carbs??
That is the caloric content of a link you posted that includes no quantities for ingredients. That is not the caloric content of one chicken breast, a bag of greens, and some olives, peppers and salad dressings - which is then divided into three servings for three kids.
Please demonstrate that the ingredients you listed (one chicken breast, a bag of greens and your additions of peppers, salad dressing, and olives) equals 1860 calories, which divides up into three servings of 620 calories each.
Also, please demonstrate that the ingredients necessary to achieve the caloric content above cost:
$1.00 - chicken (in the ounces necessary),
$2.00 - salad greens (in the quantity require),
$0.25 - salad dressing, olives, and peppers (in the quantity necessary).
That will be to feed THREE KIDS. So your $3.25 of ingredients must provide the stated 620 calories per salad.
And, 26g of carbs is NOT sufficient, nor healthy, for a meal. Approximately 50% of a healthy child's meal should come from healthy carbs, maybe as much as 60%. One gram of carbs = 4 calories. Your 26g of carbs here is roughly 104 calories of carbs. Not NEAR enough for a healthy meal for a kid.
Now, about your listing of:
1 oz salad dressing - 0.11 cents
4 black olives - 0.05 cents
1 pepprocini pepper - 0.05 cents
None of these quantities will add up to the caloric content of your 620 calorie salad (when added to your one chicken breasts and bag of salad greens), never mind THREE 620 calorie salads. And .... (and I can't believe this part is necessary) ... but PEPPERONI is NOT a pepper!!!!
Peppers = vegetable
Pepperoni = processed meat product, extremely high in fat.
