I've posted nutritional info from the Mayo clinic and from several nutritional web sites. If you don't believe them, that's your problem.

I didn't join anything and I obviously looked at them.

    Here's one I didn't see before:
Grilled chicken salad with buttermilk dressing - MayoClinic.com

and the original one I posted:
Caesar salad with grilled chicken - MayoClinic.com

this discussion has been going on so long that I can't even remember what I've posted. But I do know that our company Christmas part is this weekend, I leave in 30 minutes, and won't be back to this thread again.

One ounce?? Typical serving is 4 oz.

In a word yes because of the different Tariffs that the Federal Govn. placed on goods.

I suggest you do some study on the Tariff of 1828 also know in the South as the Tariff of Abominations.

Basically here is what the tariff set out to do,

The goal of the tariff was to protect industry in the Northern and Southern United States, which were being driven out of business by low-priced European and particularly British manufactured goods. This prompted the U.S. to put a tax on imported goods. The South, however, was harmed by having to pay higher prices on goods the region did not produce. By reducing the importation of British goods, it also made it difficult for the British to pay for the cotton they imported from the South. The reaction in the South, particularly in South Carolina, would lead to the Nullification Crisis that began in late 1832.

Like I stated in an earlier post it's was all about the Money yes Slavery was a major part of how the Civil War started.
