None of these quantities will add up to the caloric content of your 620 calorie salad (when added to your one chicken breasts and bag of salad greens), never mind THREE 620 calorie salads. And .... (and I can't believe this part is necessary) ... but PEPPERONI is NOT a pepper!!!!
Peppers = vegetable
Pepperoni = processed meat product, extremely high in fat.
I think you've just shown why I'm wasting my time here.....
Peperoncini are a variety of the species Capsicum annuum, like bell peppers and chili peppers. They are also known as Tuscan peppers, sweet Italian peppers and golden Greek peppers.
Bwa ha ha ha ha
You are dismissed...
You, Gill, have proven nothing. You have not proven that your ingredients add up to the caloric content of the salad link you posted. And, you further, clearly have no knowledge of what IS a healthy meal for kids if you think 26g of carbs is it.
And, as to the pepperonci - I have never been so glad to be wrong. I simply thought you had a typo, and you actually believed that a pepperonci was a pepper (not an unwarranted assumption, based on your demonstrated nutritional knowledge).
Do you? List the ingredients necessary to create your meal. That would include quantities.
Demonstrate the ingredients add up to a nutritionally and calorically healthy meal for three kids.
Demonstrate you can purchase the ingredients for the stated amount ($3.25 for all three servings).
You have not done any of that, and you cannot - because it is impossible.
One chicken breast, a bag of greens, one ounce of salad dressing, four olives, and whatever quantity of your not-pepperoni peppers DO NOT CONTAIN 1860 CALORIES!

(sorry couldnt resist)
Matthew 10:34Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
You said you could feed three kids for three dollars. Two dollars for a bag of greens, and one dollar for a chicken breast. You added on twenty-five cents worth of salad dressing, peppers and olives. That was total, not per serving.
Disneydude told you you could not feed three kids for under ten dollars. You said you could do it for three dollars.
