I'm surprised this didn't get any attention in the US. Given the close ties the evangelical and political right has had in Uganda and their proselytizing against gay rights there, I'd think they'd be proud of all of their work and how it's turned out. /sarcasm

American evangelical Christians certainly will have a lot to answer for if this bill passes. I wonder how many of them are secretly patting each other on the back for exporting this particularly heinous anti-homosexual rhetoric turned into law.

Anyone who KNOWS someone is homosexual and doesn't report them, will serve up to 3 years in prison for not turning them in.
