Grand Jury to bring up charges of treason for Usurping the Office of the Presidency.

I never thought of using a Grand Jury to bring up charges of treason for Usurping the Office of the Presidency. They intend on using the 5th Ammendment of the Constitution. This is a different strategy where all other cases have failed and the 5th Ammendment grants them standing. The 5th Amendment is part of the Bill Of Rights. The Bill Of Rights was written specifically for granting certain powers to the people and only the people. The powers for the three branches of government are cited in the body of the Constitution that were enacted two years earlier. The 5th Amendment does not set a minimal standard of evidence. It provides two different methods for the people to bring charges, either by Presentment or indictment, hence the wording "unless on a presentment or indictment". The anarchy would be in allowing any of the three branches of government the power of the grand jury.


Yesterday was a historic day.. and it all happened in the small Tennessee town of Madisonville located in Monroe County

Commander Fitzpatrick arrived at the Monroe County Court with documents and evidence in hand.

Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick has been at the forefront of the Obama “treason” charges since before the election. American Grand Jury has been involved convening Grand Juries that include among other things, the Fitzpatrick “Criminal Complaint” that was filed back in March, 2009 with US Attorney Russell Dedrick and Assistant US Attorney Edward Schmutzer for the Eastern District Tennessee.

Here are the list of Charges. They are precise and to the Point and they make Sense especially when it comes to Obamas mother when she gave birth.

Many are now aware of the “obstruction” of justice that has occurred over the past few months where District Attorney James H. Stutts and Grand Jury Foreman Gary Pettway have refused to let Commander Fitzpatrick appear and testify before the Monroe County Grand Jury. Fitzpatrick’s testimony involves the formal charges of “fraud and treason” against Barack Obama.

That refusal was recently recinded by Monroe County and the offer to now appear before the Grand Jury was extended to Commander Fitzpatrick. Of course, we are guessing that the pending charges of “obstruction” against Stutts and Pettway filed by Fitzpatrick had a lot to do with the Court changing its mind

My guess is that this affair has not much further to run.
Let us be quite honest, should God Forbid, that Obama is found to have a case to answer and should again, God Forbid, that he either resigns or is impeached, then the US will have the somewhat dubious pleasure of having Biden take over.
Biden is widely recognised as having a heart condition as well as an uncontrollable mouth.
Should he in fact take over from Obama and subsequently (due to stress of office) have further troubles with his heart, why we in the US would find ourselves with "President Pelosi".
Oh GOD FORBID.
Way way better to have the DEVIL we know than have that conniving "She Witch".

You left out the part about Biden being an imbecilic idiot with less sense than a common house fly.

This case will go no where and the best defense against the devastating effects Obama is having on the Nation from the destruction of the Economy to the usurping of the Constitution is to ATTACK HIS POLICIES with the truth and the facts of the short and long term effects on the Nation as a whole.

Too many people are still being dazzled by their perception that Obama is some how brilliant and fail to recognize they are being baffled with train loads of B.S.

The residual negative effects of the Bush administration are having way too much influence on peoples judgment for them to think in terms of proper solutions and too much on the we won mentality and anything, even lies, empty promises and false hope is better than we had.

I have sad before that what we need is a leader to step forward and take positive steps to address the core issues and leave the political nonsense behind.

Just about going on no one is thinking past their part of political advantages these days.

Obama was elected based on lies and false promises because people genuinely a positive change and now even in the face of reality are holding on to the lies which are are compounding the problems which leads to even bigger lies and more false promises to the point where they will defend the indefensible.

A sound strategy to lay out the truth and facts along with unblemished solutions that are based on reasonable achievable goals that DO NOT SPEND US INTO OBLIVION, and leave the criticism aside is what is needed.

I'm sorry but I don't hear this from anyone right now. There are plenty of people pointing fingers, calling names, and pointing out the obvious problems and mistakes made by Bush and now by Obama and that is easy to do.

The hard thing to do is to have logical solutions that make sense and not fall for into the trap of joining one side or the other and hold your ground and refuse to bow to the media attacks, name calling, and all of the other distractions thrown up to maintain the status quo for purely partisan reasons.

WE THE PEOPLE can do this if we all decide that we are first and foremost Americans, not Democrat, Republican or any other party and return to the core values this Nation was founded on.

All of the issues and problems are solvable if we tend to the problems and leave the everything else behind.

Actually, Biden would be forced to Hillary as his VP, I don't believe he's THAT stupid as to give Nancy P. a shot at the WH.

This belongs in the conspiracy theory thread. Someone has already posted this. He did not address the full grand jury he was told to talk to a panel. This has no more standing than the Orly Taitz cases that keep getting thrown out. A small town panel heard him gripe. The article then states he didn't get what he wanted and walked away pissed off.
