That's off topic. Are we talking about whether or not switzerland should have the freedom to determine the direction of their own country or american constitutional rights? You should be more clear.

Which of these rights are violated under the issue at hand?

You dodge alot. For good reason.
I've stated, quite clearly, the swiss have every right to determine the direction, and building codes, of their own country. No dodgin' goin' on here.

I see no contradiction. Minarets aren't mentioned anywhere.

    Okay.

Do you believe that all people should have certain rights, like Americans do? Or do you believe that a government should have total, unlimited power?

Just being a democracy isn't enough. There's that tyranny of the majority thing.

    Neither do I....
In fact I applaud their effort to reject Islam interjection into their society.....
If Kara Mustafa had not been defeated & the siege of Vienna broken, much of Europe would be under the dark blanket of Islam today.....
Why people remain blind to the danger of Islam is a mystery to me...

    And ANOTHER dodge!

I don't really think you're as unintelligent as you are pretending to be. It's kind of pathetic.

I don't think multi-culturalism is the goal here.
