I guess the Stalinists, I mean Democrats, are winning.

"Fly-over" country voted, and The Donald is now POTUS.

    Prof,

Why the fear of complex sentences? Then... I might actually be able to converse with you.
It is not very unreasonable that the rich should contribute to the public expense, not only in proportion to their revenue, but something more than in that proportion.

I think that this "Prof" causes one to think , for a few seconds, then realize that its just more conservative rhetoric.

Yep. It looks like the Tyrannical Health Insurance Cartel and the Republican Corporate Fascist Agenda might get the butt kicking they so richly deserve.

mandates upon individuals to buy for themselves that which they can't afford in the first place, the party's perverse view of universalism

fines for those who fail to comply, criminalization, with ultimate threats of jail time

I'm surrounded by Republicans who are very intelligent people, but very naive. One actually said to me that no-one will be without health care insurance unless they want to be because if they want a job they will find a job and ergo get insurance. I'm starting to think that I'm surrounded by fools. Do people actually believe that no-one is uninsured and without a job unless they actually want to be?

Perhaps they just aren't as intelligent as you think. Sounds like it.

Although it is not mutually exclusive to republicans
