Climate related yes but the implications to the Economic survival of Nations including ours is at stake in this.

SINGAPORE (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama and other world leaders on Sunday supported delaying a legally binding climate pact until 2010 or even later, but European negotiators said the move did not imply weaker action.

Some argued that legal technicalities might otherwise distract the talks in Copenhagen and it was better to focus on the core issue of cutting climate-warming emissions.

"Given the time factor and the situation of individual countries we must, in the coming weeks, focus on what is possible and not let ourselves be distracted by what is not possible," Danish Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen told the leaders.

I am surly please but I some how see a November 2010 election at the core of Obama's part in this delay. He can keep saying up until this time next year that he got it delayed and worked for practical changes. Then after the election he can go back to his radical position on the HOAX OF GLOBAL WARMING.

Much of the delay is probably couched in the fact such restrictions would be economically untentable... and with the economic situation as it is, they cannot afford to do this.

I'm happy that there is a delay, I'll be happier when this sort of stupidity stops getting proposed.

Well that was nice of them, I guess the serfs have a few more months to get their lives in order, before the global elites come kicking our doors in!:roll:

We have got to keep the pressure on the Dims (no spell error) from Obama, Pelosi, and Reid, right down to you local representatives because we must be having a positive effect on the Socialists in the best way possible. I believe they are beginning to understand that their political futures are at sake because they have put our vary existence as a Nation on the line and more people who have walking around in a mental fog with the realization of Obama's true intentions.

If you are still one of the people who are continuing to defend Obama you must have no concept of what it took to made the United States of America the Nation Obama promised to destroy when he said "Mar 15, 2008 ... "My friends, we live in the greatest nation in the history of the world. I hope you'll join with me as we try to change it".
This is no longer the cute little game some have treated it as and you had better get a grip on reality and get that my party right or wrong metality out of your head or you are headed for a rude awakening.

Obama has proven so far that he is good at one thing and one thing only. He is second to none in following the of Rules for Radicals, the strategies of Cloward & Pivan, the goals of Marxism and the use of "double speak" to manipulate people who are easy prey to the use of propaganda.

I don't mean this as an insult because millions have been falling false prophets though out the history of man and it's not something to be ashamed of if you will stop long enough to review the history of Socialism/Marxism and horrific effects on the people who were so busy believing in the false promises they failed to notice the effects those promises were actually having.

A prime example is Cap and Trade. The promise improve the air quality and reduce the effects of the HOAX OF GLOBAL WARMING. The true resulting goal? The destruction of of the economy because it's important in the implementation of Socialism/Marxism that you destroy industries and economies so you can institute the Socialist/Marxist fix of Government take over which is public ownership and control which is known in Marxism as collective ownership.

Communism/Socialism teaches that private property ownership is illegitimate and they can redistribute wealth easier after a take over of businesses like oh gosh Chrysler, GM, banks, insurance companies, and so on.

Double speak means is language constructed to disguise or distort its actual meaning. We see it form this administration on a regular basis.

In this age of crooked lawyers,CEO's,congressmen,doctors,referees,umpires,CPA'S and scientists faking lab results,why not crooked global climatologists?

Wasn't Bush "dooming the world" by placing global warming on the shelf? Now global leaders are approving of "delays?"
