Can you justify that? How many oceans are there, how many active trouble spots where we want a carrier, and what percentage of time can a carrier be deployed? Hint: you want at least 3 times the number of carriers as you want carriers deployed at one time.

Better watch what you say about being rich. Obama is so desperate for money he is offering to shine royal scepters with his royal mouth. Or did you miss his lasted offer to royalty, or as some call it respectful bow.:lol:
