Now why in Earth, the Heavens Above or the Principalities Below would you assume that your Representative knew what was in the Bill in any meaningful way?

Think of the brightest person you know, besides me of course, and ask yourself if they could conceivably be familiar with a hodge-podge, 2000 page legaleeze document dealing with technical issues of government, insurance taxation and finance, that was only published a few days ago!

    THINK!

It would be virtually impossible for any human being to understand what is in this abomination. it is a collection of parts, not a whole.

Not even a majority of Americans are in favor of this bill. Much less a vast majority. Haven't you been watching the reactions to this bill and the others like it?

Oh? But you stated something to the effect that your Representative is supposed to give the people what they want!

Did you not wish for your remarks to be taken seriously? You said I believe, "God forbid that congress people represent what the people want." If you don't want the rationale of your posts examined, pleas let me know, and i;'ll consider them mere fancies in future.

Until such time however, I shall assume that you have at least a reasonable level of intelligence and integrity and treat your material accordingly. This would include drawing conclusions from the logical extensions of your assertions.

The US House of Representatives was originally modeled after the British House of Commons. You see?

In a largely conservative district that the Republican hadn't lost in decades...in fact won by a margin of 35 points or more in every election.
Sorry....but this race was a disaster for conservative politics.
