So you have a Marxist view of capitalism and to you that is one of the only correct things to offer as proof of anything? What if you are not a communist, anti capitalism, America loathing person?

Americans are so enamored of equality that they would rather be equal in slavery than unequal in freedom.

How do you know that? Because he says so? This is not journalism, and certainly not a police report. The story quotes no one but the victim, and is an example of extremely lazy reporting. The guy could have got beaten up in a gay bar and made up an excuse. Without corroboration, his charges are anecdotal.

The only thing anecdotal is Agna's leaning as a libertarian. No real libertarian would ever consider Obama a capitalist.

"Fly-over" country voted, and The Donald is now POTUS.

So now we have to produce police reports? You'll be held to this standard, don't worry.

If you are going to print with an inflammatory story you need corrorborating facts, be they police reports or other witness interviews. I assume the police were notified about this attack and investigated. Local reporters would have access to police spokesmen. Why were these not included?

So when are you going to start using facts instead of........well......whatever the hell you call your "information"? Hypocrite much?
Neither side in an argument can find the truth when both make an absolute claim on it.

I dunno what you can do. I mean, we get discounts on Party t-shirts and all that. If you're missing out on it, you're really missing out on the good life.

On this very forum, I've explained countless times that the term "libertarian" was used to describe the anarchist movement a century before its misappropriation by U.S. capitalists. Hence, I use it in its "classical" sense and don't acknowledge the nature of its current usage as legitimate.

In other words, his definition is right and everyone else is wrong, so there....PTTHHH!!!

Ivory tower academic with no basis in modern reality. I also love the demand for Peer Reviewed studies. He wouldn't accept a document from a group that had opposing perspective cause they wouldn't be HIS peers.

If you can dispute my comment, feel free to attempt it, as well as offering any research you can refer to whenever I mention it. And actually, I live closer to the Watts Towers and the quite gritty reality that surrounds them. Where do you live? The suburbs or the country; take your pick.
