When's the Senate vote? I think I'll write a letter to my Senators before then. They're both moderate Democrats and some research has shown that neither of them have made a commitment on the health care debate one way or the other.

Re: House approves landmark healthcare reform bill

Someone post me a link to a readable version of what was passed. Most of the information I am hearing makes me support this decision, but I'd like more information, first.

Your time would be better spent reading an unabridged dictionary; the length is about the same. But if you insist:

FYI I retrieved that URL on my second attempt. On the first attempt my internet crashed.

EDIT: Yeah, so I'm starting to realize that by "readable" he didn't mean "the whole damn thing"... oops

Even the readable version is going to take me some time to get through. Yet another reason that I don't trust any crap like this. Make it so the average citizen can understand it easily.

I'm actually less interested in reading about the public option than I am about the reforms/regulations enacted on the insurance industry. I'm curious as to whether the bill goes far enough.

I prefer to call it "majority vote", but yeah if it comes down to that, it will be used.

A HC bill will be passed, have no doubts.
