Racial disparity: All active ethics probes focus on black lawmakers

I'm suggesting that Blacks have grown up in a culture of corruption, fostered by the Liberal welfare state where everything comes for free and no one is responsible for their own actions.... nurture, not genetics.

I never thought, or suggested that a Nigger is a Nigger.
 
I guess black Congress critters will be held to a lower standard, now, all because everyone is so skiddish of the, "R", word.

That goes right along with affirmative action. If I were Black that would piss me off no end. It's nothing but State confirmed inferiority.... you are Black, and therefore inferior, so we will give you 20 points on your college entrance exam and civil service exam so you can compete with Whitey.... I'd be livid.

Do you know what kind of vote triggers a full-scale investigation? Simple majority?

Or who can refer ethics complaints to the OCE? Is the way it works that OCE complaints get reviewed and referred to the Ethics committee?

That's exactly right. That's the reason that the black community isn't able to advance itself. The so called leaders of the Civil Rights Industry have convinced most of them that they can't make it on their own and they need the NAACP and White, Liberal do-gooders to help them.

30 years and $11 trillion later and what do we have? We have 90% of all black children will live off of foodstamps at some point in their lives. Great job!!!

Bill Cosby has made that point many times, but not as politely as you did.
 
Well Jesse Jackson Jr. is from Illinois, so that means we are really only looking at 6 members here, as it is a requirement of Illinois, and in particular Chicago, politics that you be devoid of ethics prior to any appointment/election.

Many black lawmakers get their start in large city machine politics that is riddled with corruption. Maybe that has something to do with it?

1. You'd have to prove that the blacks in question grew up in a culture of corruption.

2. You'd have to prove they benefited from a Liberal welfare state.

3. You'd have to prove that everything they have came free.

Since you can't prove any of these things your post is seriously nothing more then a silly red herring that paints you as a silly little racist equating two groups of people who have little to do with each other the same because of their skin color.

Ethics violations aren't always about outright criminal acts. More than likely, this investigation is about who circumvented the rules.

For example, let's say I told you you couldn't borrow anything from your neighbor. How do you get around this? You send someone else. Now, did you actually break the law? No. You, yourself, didn't borrow anything directly from your neighbor, but you sent somebody else to do it for you.

I had a case along these same lines happen where I work. An employee was instructed in writing that he couldn't perform certain types of field work because of his position in the community as an employee of the state. So, what did he do? He started a home business placing his spouse as the owner and proceeded to perform the field work on the side only having his spouse sign the paperwork as the business owner. Did he break the law? No. But he did violate ethics rules by attempting to circumvent the system.

That painting anyone that disagrees with the left wing as a racist has gotten pretty old by now and has lost it's power to modify behavior.... the low life scum have used it way too much.

I believe that anyone can refer a complaint to the OCE, which conducts the initial investigation. If the OCE thinks there's something there, they send a report to the ethics committee, who has to vote on whether to follow something. I don't know about the voting requirements to get something from OCE to the committee or for the committee to decide on whether to take something.

Who brought up a totally irrelevant statistic to solidify their case that the people in question are crooks because people in their race group has high crime rates? Seems like something redneck tricks would bring up. :)
