Ya um o.k. so you are, also, living in his assbackwards universe where the Iranian Revolutionary Guards is somehow equivalent to the United Kingdom's police force. Oh that's right you think Chavez has decentralized Venezuela. Aint no cure for stupid I suppose, here's your sign.

Get educated lady, the Iraqi elections were certified as free and fair by the United Nations and various other independent observers and the Iraqi people ratified a Constitution which guarantees that Iraqi oil will always be the property of the Iraqi people and what to do with that oil will always be determined by the Iraqi people by their dually elected representatives. But I understand that you support Iraqi oil being in the hands of the Tikriti Baathist elite rather than in the hands of the Iraqi people.

Don't make me laugh, Mr. F. Your failure to respond to the statistics I cited was the cause for my failure to respond to your rambling when it came to that subject. Then again, since you're not even aware of the nature of Alvaro Uribe's corrupt supporters, I'm hardly surprised...

WTF are you talking about? Your garnered that from a still photo showing a man and a few cops? Proof or it didn't happen.

When shall we expect the US military might to free and democratise us?
    Ya you're laughable.

Wow you're a joke. The cooperatives answer directly to the federal government in Venezuela. But again in your ass backwards universe the nationalization of transportation hubs, media outlets, major industries once controlled and/or regulated by states, localities, and private interests, in order to bring them under direct control of the Federal government and appointing regional vice presidents working for the federal government to undermine the authority of local governors is decentralization. But here in the real world that is the textbook definition of centralization. Quite frankly sir you have no freaking clue what you are talking about. But I guess I have to pull a Stephanopolous and bust out the god damn dictionary:

Centralization - the act of consolidating power under a central control

Decentralization - the spread of power away from the center to local branches or governments

Chavez's policies are the exact antithesis to decentralization. But in your world up is down, left is right, and black is white.

YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT!!!

Again, I'm not interested in your blubbering about de jure nationalization and ignorance of de jure and de facto decentralization through grassroots cooperative management even with national ownership mechanisms in place. Private ownership of industry is the very essence of centralization considering the prevalence of market power in the capitalist economy, so your objection would be inconsistent even if it were true, which it of course is not.

You don't have a clue what you're talking about, the INTI has seized private estates and these "worker cooperatives" answer directly to the federal government, that is centralization not decentralization. Get eductated.

    *facepalm*

It's a matter of national ownership and grassroots management; I've posted an source documenting the expansion of cooperative management over the past decade, which you simply chose to ignore. Stop derailing this thread, anyway.

You've posted a source claiming that the forced nationalization of private estates for a federally controlled National Land Institute is decentralization when in fact it is the exact opposite. But yes in your ass backwards universe state seizure of private lands = decentralization, up is down, black is white, and night is day.

Having some trouble staying on topic? I suppose I'd do the same if I'd only made inaccurate comments about the thread subject.
