It's a backdoor attempt to force people to stop driving large vehicles.

Now, with all seriousness, did anyone even pay attention to this ice cap before it became endangered?

They can cut you off be exceeding your allowed supply as well. Paying a monthly bill doesn't not equate to unrestricted supply of energy, water, gas.

These private companies you pay a service to will inform you to keep your thermostat at a specific level so you do not experience interruptions in your service.

Sure they can. It's their resource that they're providing to you. You can take them to claims court, of course... but the fact is that they can cut you off.

Supply and demand determines the nature of the property you own, such as whether or not you own a fuel efficiency vehicle, or care about the environment. The government doesn't force you to do anything. If a green marketing is opening up, it's because manufacturers think it's a good idea.

There is nothing infringing your freedoms to buy whatever you want or pursue happiness, so enough with the mundane exaggerations already.

So? Do you have a right to drive a specific size of vehicle and is it a violation of your right if a private company does not supply you with the ability to buy what you want?

I want to drive a truck shaped like a giraffe. Can I sue GM for violating my right to drive such a vehicle by not providing me with one?

During WWII, people had to ration...*gasp!*... food, such a sugar. How dare they infringe upon the right of people that used 8 teaspoons of the stuff in their cups of coffee!!!
No men are anywhere, and Im allowed to go in, because Im the owner of the pageant and therefore Im inspecting it, Trump said... Is everyone OK? You know, theyre standing there with no clothes. Is everybody OK? And you see these incredible looking women, and so I sort of get away with things like that.

Furthermore, there is no right which prevents the government from regulating the way you acquire those things. You aren't entitled to them under the Constitution. Those resources are subject to supply and demand which falls under the economic domain, not the government domain. The Constitution has nothing to do with what private companies do and don't give you; it is a set of limitations on government.
You don't know much about our constitution..... it only limits what the government can do, not what we as a free people can do.

Uh, yeah, purdy much it does.

Never even heard of that happening.

Seems you two are in agreement.
