Anger as Iran holds up IAEA inspectors’ visit

    Prevarication - prevarication - prevarication.

This is the way that Iran will always deal with subjects it does not wish to discuss on an International level.

What is becoming increasingly apparent is that once again with regards to the US administration, these tactics will work.

What is your suggestion? Invasion and occupation? Choices involving Iran are limited. Really our only hope is that Iran misses something in in their cover up that an inspector catches. The goal is to catch Iran in a lie and then, with international support, strong arm them. The support is key though and we won't get it with just suspicions.

In any case this is farther then the isolationist policies of the last administration got us.

Google Osirak...is that option not open?
It was the Austrasians, that hewed on bravely through the thick of the fight, it was they who found and cut down the Saracen King.

So we catch them in a lie? Then what?

The hope is we get international support to shut them down. Iran is less likely to become aggressive if 4-5 of the strongest nations in the world are all in agreement. As it is though, they are not due to the speculative nature of the situation.

    What do you suggest happens?

Then "we" will whip up media hysteria with WMD ready in 45 minutes claim; and then "we" will free the Iranian people from ... errrr.... who cares for as long as "we" will get "our" hands on the gas that is suppose to fill NABUCCO thus controlling EVERY European energy source outside of Russia.

    Perfect!

    PS
If I were Iranian president I would work day and night to make a nuclear weapon that may safeguard my country from the fate of Afghanistan and Iraq.

That assumes that those 4-5 nations don't have conflicting interests.

If it is proven true that Iran has military ambitions for the nuclear technology and countries hesitate to respond their true intentions will be publicly exposed. It will end this irritating shaded truth talk that has been occurring.

Maybe, but it won't change the conflicting interests.
