I seen the video prior, and read about it. It is most likely a Gang on gang fight, with the kid being in the middle by chance. If the drug war ended there would be more fathers with their children, less crime and more opportunity for the children to avoid gangs.

They are just reacting to their enviroment. You live in **** you become ****. We take their fathers to jail for having an ounce.
We judge their mothers for her lack of education even though her school was a jail rather then a place of learning.
CNN gives a white girl missing 2 weeks of attention while black girls go missing and die every day
The world is not fair to them so they strike out at it
Anger fustrations at the walls that grow everyday boil over.

They arent the savages. WE ARE THE SAVAGES FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN
