GD you don't live in Maryland I do and have been following this whole thing everyday hell between Shelia Dixon and this it's all we every hear about here in Charm City.
    .
I did live in Annapolis MD for and year and I have several friends in the area In fact I talked with one for several hours last night. I will ask them and see how much the area is saturated with this story.

I'll let you know what they say.

I still don't see the connetion between private film companies undercover witchhunts and Fed and local undercover investigations?

They do not differ in any whay Scorp?

Not sure how it's playing in Annapolis, but since it happen here in Charm City it's been the talk of the town along with Mayor Dixons connections with the local ACORN Office.

As for the connection did you read my post in this thread about the Nightline Undercover Sting were they lured Pervs to house thinking they were going ot have sex with underage teens. well someof those happen in Maryland and no one made any complaints about those being illegal. Not sure I would call what these folks did a Witchhunt they did the samething that Nightline did. It's funny outside of Maryland the other States that htese Videos are from the Local and States AG are looking into filing charges against ACORN.

Well, I can assure you that you won't find Barney Frank in a closet.

Frank admitted to skinny dipping with his boyfriend. He said, fortunately, there are no pictures.

Shockingly though, it appears that Frank was wrong, and at least one photograph of the clothing-free aquatic event may have surfaced. PHOTO

The complaint looks pretty formulaic and is based entirely on the Maryland incident. I don't know what they were thinking by adding breitbart, as that claim is almost certainly a nonstarter given his non-involvement other than publishing. I've seen a couple other things arguing that even the claim against the filmmakers is doomed to fail, due to the fact that the counselors had no reasonable expectation of privacy.

    Exactly.

I know nothing about MD law, but what I DO know is that this suit is absolutely hilarious and that ACORN doesn't actually think it will work. Think about this for a second:

-The suit is being brought by ACORN, Tonja Thompson, and Shera Williams. Tonja and Shera are the two women who were seen on tape giving the legal advice. These are the women that ACORN fired, but they've now apparently decided that they want to file a lawsuit on their behalf. Which is it? Do you think they're terrible people who should have been filed, or do you think they're victims worthy of your pro bono legal work?

-They actually have the brass balls to base their complaint on the claim that because of these two filmmakers, the two women lost their employment. Take a second to breathe that in and swish it around.

ACORN is suing these two filmmakers, alleging that because of their actions, these two women were injured because ACORN fired them.

    wtf.
People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.
