House passes resolution criticizing Wilson

Don't make me laugh. They're nothing more than a tiny minority of misfits and losers...sore losers to be precise.

Again, a shameful display of vitreol aimed at your fellow countrymen who disagree with you on a political issue.

Hundreds of Thousands of your fellow countrymen.

If that many showed, how many more agree and could not ?

You could be right but only time will tell. I think the majority of U.S. voters believe that Wilson's actions were wrong & that the GOP was wrong today in, what amounts too.... "Circling Their Wagons" around him to defend his rudeness to the POTUS.

I believe next year's Congressional elections will be the "Proof of the pudding."...We shall see.

The sad part is that the GOP leadership just smile and wink when the extremists cary signs depicting President Obama as a witch doctor, a Nazi, Communist, Socialist, dog rapist, and genaral all around motha humper. Thye smile and laugh because they know that the bufoons are doing thier dirty wprk for them. The Democratic party leaders did the same thing albiet at leass intensity and much smaller scale when thei rown bufoons called the Bush a monkey, nazi, all all around motha humper.

Really so Devil I call you on that Statement lets see the Link showing that a majority of Americans believe that Rep. Wilson actions were wrong.

Re-read my statement...I emboldened the pertinent parts for you.
I claimed no proof, even though I'm sure we could all find such proof online.

hey, no shows don't count except in hell!!

The numbers make this comparison a non-parallel.

Hundreds of thousands are not fringe.

Except that hundreds of thousands actually did protest the Iraq war.

Unlike the measly 70k that managed to find their way to DC for the million moron march.

I do not think that the admonishment matters to a piece of work such a Joe Wilson.
That could very well be true but to me this is a clear message for any lawmaker who might take it upon themselves to mimic what Wilson did. Wilson had the option of avoiding this by apologizing to his colleagues, who took his actions to be as much of an insult to them as it was to Obama. He chose not to, so he got what he deserved.

wilson was admonished

meanwhile charlie rangel, the most corrupt man in america, continues to chair ways and means, the most powerful cmte in dc

he even paid hush money to house ethicists

rangel's a crook

priorities, ms pelosi?

First time in history that a U.S. Congressman has been publicly admonished & embarrassed for being rude to a POTUS by a full House vote & I think the GOP's defense of him will not help them at the polls next year..

Hmm wrong agin the National Park Serive has stated yesterday that is was the largest March in DC on History est. between 1.3 to 1.9 Million. So are you calling the National Park Service Liers now.

Alternative reality:

Despite mainstream media attempts to characterize turnout as in the thousands, a spokesman for the National Park Service, Dan Bana, is quoted as saying “It is a record…. We believe it is the largest event held in Washington, D.C., ever.”

National Park Service Admits 9/12 Demo Largest On Record

Reality:

The National Park Service says it will rely on a media report that says 1.8 million people attended President Obama's inauguration.
David Barna, a Park Service spokesman, said the agency did not conduct its own count. Instead, it will use a Washington Post account that said 1.8 million people gathered on the US Capitol grounds, National Mall, and parade route.
"It is a record," Barna said. "We believe it is the largest event held in Washington, D.C., ever."

Hmmmm....you might want to actually read what I posted earlier before you embarrass yourself any further.

I love it that the Dems were stupid enough to censure Joe Wilson. I think it will only be yet another nail in their political coffin.

Obviously, some Dems believe that Joe Wilson is only the vangaurd of a nation wide invasion by the KKK.

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7UJaeLjCvH4"]YouTube - Rep Hank Johnson: Joe Wilson's Comments Will Lead To "White Hoods"[/ame]

That banging noice ya'll hear is the hammer driving nails into the coffin of the Democrats's hopes of ever having Congressional power in the this country for te next several decades.

Wow...what a call! Of course you probably predicted that McCain would win the last election.

He did "apologize" but only after he admitted to being forced to by the leadership of the House.

They may be, but nevertheless, the White House accepted it and that should have been the end of it. All you saw today was political posturing.

Yea, I don't think that is a distinction most politicians would want on their resume, but Wilson is from a Southern state where politics are a breed of their own. He might even weather the storm.

Nationally it's a tough call. You might be right about the polls but voters have a short attention span too, and a lot can happen in a year that might put something like this on the back burner.

Sorry, but it wasn't this sparsely-attended, fringe thing you keep trying to convince yourself and others that it was.
