They seem fairly clear cut, but with any video there is room for manipulation in the editing.

I agree. Did they mention the person who hacked into Palin's was a left wing activist(I know its not the same since hacking into someone's email is illegal and making a undercover video is not) has the liberal media ever mentioned that someone was a liberal activist or left wing activist anytime there was a undercover video or someone did something that they were not even supposed to do?

Actually recording audio of someone without their consent is against wiretapping laws in many states. I'm not sure about New York.

As far was I know they could shoot video without any problems but they can't have audio, which would make the videos in the instance rather pointless.

Just as many states have one-party consent laws, meaning if one of the individuals knows the conversation is being recorded it's perfectly legal.

It isnt in Texas as long as at least one person in the room is aware there is a recording.

O'Reilly just dedicated his "Talking Points Memo" to the ACORN corruption, including pointing out the 7 despicable democratic senators that voted to support ACORN.

This thing is just exploding, and every democrat in Washington needs to run for the hills.
