No, not with payrolls over $400,000. It's starts at $200,000 payrolls. My payroll is somewhere in the 300,000 range +/-.

You don't have a clue what the bill actually says, do you?

Yeah, that is a lie. The bill will force companies, even small companies to fun this piece of crap to the tune of as much as $8,000 a year in additional taxes. 8% on $400,000 is $32,000. This bill will foce companies out of business.

I stand corrected. I did not know you can afford insurance but choose not to buy it..

An insurance dead beat....You are correct....This bill is coming after you.

I'll be damned if I'm going to continue to pay for you deadbeats when you stiff the Hospital and Doctors with your catastrophic accidents and illnesses.

Pay to play. You either start providing insurance for your employees or walk.

Your competition will be happy to take your business and pay the low premiums.

Nice try at a personal attack to redirect, but you failed, big time. I never said that I didn't have insurance and when I didn't have insurance, I paid my doctor bills. Wanna try again, sport?

When you raise my taxes to pay for an idiotic public option, guess who loses said cash and thier freedom to get thier own healt care.
Isn't the Democratic plan actually proposing that small businesses get subsidies to provide health insurance to their employees? I don't think you would have to be worried about your taxes being increased, but rather your larger competitors taxes being increased.

I hope more Libbos push that agenda. That'll be awesome. The country will benefit from this school of thought.

    Nooooooooooooooooooooooo, it's not.

    Here's the language:

    Subtitle A Individual Responsibility
    1) It is the responsibility of all individuals to obtain coverage under a qualified health benefit plan. Those individuals, who choose not to be covered, will pay an extra tax equal to 2.5% of their income, not to exceed the applicable national average premium. We will cover this more in Title IV of this division.

    5) Special Rules for Small Employers A small employer shall pay the following amounts instead of the 8% required by larger employers: $350,000-$400,000 = 6%; $300,000-$350,000=4%; $250,000-300,000=2%; does not exceed $250,000=0%.
