FOX News says that Sen. Ted Kennedy will be buried where his brothers are buried at Arlington National Cemetery. From all technical aspects it appears that Ted Kennedy is elligible to be buried at Arlington but should be have that honor ? Did Kennedy do anything illegal in his life that would cause him not to be elligible for burial at Arlington ?

He is not a criminal legally but he is a liberal. Should that the later prevent him from burial at Arlington.-;)

Fox News reported but we need to decide!!!

ps I started this second thread on Ted Kennedy because I thought the other one got way out of control.

Umm....minor quibble here.

What in your post are you trying to present as Fox news? Because that whole BS about whether or not he did anything illegal in his life thing seemed like you were attributing it as a quote from the Fox News story but its absolutely no where to be found in it.

Indeed, nothing in the story seems to be Fox News trying to suggest that he's not elligable for it, but actually pointing out he's DOUBLY elligable
 
I don't think he deserves to be there morally, but he is a veteran and a senator. So I guess he's entitled.
 
That's an afront to everyone buried at Arlington.
 
I have zero problems with it. Burial at Arlington should not be tainted by partisan politics. To do so would be the greatest affront to a sacred place and those who are buried there.
 
I have no qualms with it. It's not as though every body interred there belonged to a person who was as pure as the wind-driven snow.

mea culpa !! I did not present this properly !! I wasn't implying at all that Fox News said anything about his commiting anything ilegal. Those were my comments and mine alone!!
