I think the arabic for the actual "infidel" is rather long no? Only fat kids could wear it.

They weren't allowed, they had to take them off, or got sent home for the day.

You brought up apples to explain your position on oranges.

i don't necessarily have an issue of what a muslim woman can or cannot wear to court, i was drawing a comparison that i believe was valid.

rules are okay only when applied to muslims?

    whacked.

Who is proposing this moral quandary for you? I don't remember anyone on this thread suggesting the shirts, as they currently exist, were appropriate. Now, if they were in ARABIC, the kids might have gotten away with it longer. That's all I'm saying.

Your reasoning is flawed. A more valid comparison would be: Is that t-shirt acceptable in court? I doubt it would be.

I have no problems with a muslim woman wearing a hijab in court. I doubt anyone else does, either. The court does, and should, have an issue with a full veil.

Are you trying to imply that posters here are Anti-Islamic? Just curious.

p.s. I wouldn't approve of the t-shirt in the court setting, either. Hope that helps.
