There is not evidence waterboarding or EIT played any role. it was too far down the road to even connect the two, unless you're just to willing to suspend your disbelief.

Just because you're willing to believe any claim that suits you doesn't mean such is true. The fact is, he did not gvie the information despite being asked while being tortured. he did not give it after being tortured for months. So, he was not as compliant aas claimed. However, through more traditioanl means, we did get the information later on.
