Neither side in an argument can find the truth when both make an absolute claim on it.

But then, when a liberal has an attack to make, the truth is meaningless.

The mess began when lending practices were relaxed so that people who would otherwise be unable to get credit to buy real estate were able to do so, thusly creating a 'sub-prime' credit market. This relaxation was forced upon lenders by liberals, based on the idea that most unworthy applicants were minorities, and that denying thse people was based on race.

And so, "the mess" came from an unsound change in lending prractices, one opposed by those with the most at risk -- the lenders. Had things been left alone, we'd not be in this mess.

The solution? Let everyithing run its course, and then revert to the sound lending practices that would -prevent- a 'sub prime' credit collapse. The idea that only government can fix what's currently wrong is absurd, unsound, unsupportable, and championed only by people that stand to gain personal and/or partisan political power from doing so.

Just like a liberal, to make stuff up just so he could bash the other side.

Now I understand why in your mind, GWB was a genius!

You dont have to write. In the USA just call your congressional representative(public info) and say you want to report some people publicly voicing their opposition to the Obama health care plan. They will forward you to the communications office of the whitehouse where you will be asked for Names, Street addresses, and current location of individuals voicing their opposition.

    Sound familiar?
    Thank you

    Note that:

1: You do -not- show me how I am wrong
2: You -do- respond with a meaningless, bigoted, partisan, personal attack.

As such, I accept your concession.

No concession...I learned a long time ago that playing your games isn't worth my time. I do find humor, however, in watching you try to bait others into your "show me yours" and maybe I'll show you mine games.

Yes I do, Republicans set the agenda and many democrats went along. That is the only bipartisanship republicans want. Did they listen for a minute to those who opposed their agenda? Did they offer those who opposed the war or the patriot act or any controversial program a seat at the table? They did not and do not be surprised when the opposition to HC reform is frozen out this time. This is the new pattern get used to it.

Again, Ted Kennedy authored No Child Left Behind and the Republican party gave it to him with little fight, how is that "setting the agenda"

Yes, within reason, the Iraq war was heavily debated, so was the Patriot Act, no one in government told the Dems to "shut up" to the best of my knowledge.
