Anybody with half a brain can tell somebody to do something without actually using a specific word or series of words. If I want someone to be dead all I have to say is "this person should be GONE. He is destroying America, he is raping our children, obliterating our children. He will destroy your families. He will destroy your faith." People will see that as an attack on themselves and act on it. To further the issue I could say "Somebody should be a true hero and stick up to this dictatorship. They should let the world know that nobody steps on the common man." Did I ever say that person should be killed? Nope. For all I know, my words meant "impeached" not "killed." However, some idiot would interpret those words in an extreme fashion.
According to these numbers--from the OP--Bush recieved nearly 100 death threats everyday.Since Mr Obama took office, the rate of threats against the president has increased 400 per cent from the 3,000 a year or so under President George W. Bush, according to Ronald Kessler, author of In the President's Secret Service
Another thing, what made this dumbass reporter think it's a good idea to publicize the first family's call signs? That's plumb crazy!
They aren't a secret. From wikiAnother thing, what made this dumbass reporter think it's a good idea to publicize the first family's call signs? That's plumb crazy!
When they were chosen it was in the news for a day or soThe United States Secret Service uses code names for U.S. presidents, first ladies, and other prominent persons and locations. The use of such names was originally for security purposes and dates to a time when sensitive electronic communications were not routinely encrypted; today, the names simply serve for purposes of brevity, clarity, and tradition.

The racists in this nation are in full frenzy. They can't handle that a man with dark skin is in the white house and they will do whatever their right wing nuttery selves will do to make things worse for the president. All those denying this is a fact ought to pull their heads out of the sand or their asses, whichever is appropriate.
It's time for a revolution in our country. Not a revolution forged with guns and bombs but a revolution forged of compassion and altruism. A revolution that extends a hand to those who don't have and who cannot. A revolution that makes Health Care available to all those in the US.
