Britain to face EU Court on torture allegations

I think there's been massive atrocities committed in most parts of the world. The Trail of Tears in America, for instance, or the Fugitive Slave Laws. What about Pol Pot or the Nanking massacre or the treatment of British pows in Burma by the Japs? What about Darfur, what about Rwanda, what about the LRA chopping people's arms off? Or General Rosas in what became Argentina? It's all relative. I don't think it's a a regional issue.
