    Hacker loses extradition appeal

BBC NEWS | UK | Hacker loses extradition appeal

British hacker Gary McKinnon has lost his latest High Court bid to avoid extradition to the United States.

The US wants to try the 43-year-old, from Wood Green, north London, for what it calls the biggest military computer hack of all time, in 2001 and 2002.

Mr McKinnon admits hacking, but denies it was malicious or that he caused damage costing $800,000 (487,000).

Whether or not he can appeal to the UK Supreme Court will be decided at a later date, Lord Justice Burnton said.

He said it was a matter which should be dealt with "as expeditiously as possible".

Interesting I'm betting that later today the UN will tell him he is off to see the US Legal System. I think it's funny that his Mother was crying in Public asking Mr. Obama to stop this. Please he was the one who decide to go and hack an US Military Computer if your going to do the crime then you better be ready to do the time.

W/o reading the article, this was the guy that claimed he did it only to learn about what UFOs were? If so, then I say don't extradiate him.

First off what the hell does the UN have to do with this?

Secondly, the extradition treaty between the US and the UK is a joke and on that basis alone, I believe he should not be extradited.

It is very easy for the US to get a person extradited from the UK, where as the UK has a much harder time getting an American extradited to the UK from the US if it is at all possible.

On top of that, the man has a form of autism..

What a waste of time, energy and money. Just kill him (I'm sure the CIA and/or the DoD has ways) and be done with it. The message will get out real quick that if you **** with the US military there will be hell to pay.
I came into this world fighting, screaming and covered in someone else's blood. I have no problem going out the same way.

Then the Liberal thing to do would be to perform a very late term abortion on him.
