The man was strongly voicing his opinion on his own property and the Officer was wrong for arresting him.

The same opinion he voiced to the officer INSIDE the home?
What purpose do you think coming outside to continue to yell at the officer had? Its my property (porch) so I can? Nyaa nyaa nya nyaaa nyaa?

Im certain that opinion had been noted. Continuing the scream like an idiot on the porch after several warnings only served the purpose to create a public disturbance by acting disorderly, as I am damn certain that the officer already knew Gate's racist opinion, and thus Gate's continued yelling and ranting served no purpose except to draw a crowd and alarm the public, which it did.

I don't give a **** where he was located, his purpose was clear, even without a mind reading device (lerxst) or a person who made a formal complaint (lerxst).

**Im not going into this silly argument again.

Thus my obligatory condemnation of White supremacy will now be in every post, lest I be accused of supporting it because I didn't mention it specifically every time I post.

The effect it was supposed to have, was that he was going to show that white boy who was boss. The mayor is black, the governer is black, the president is black and that cracker bastard wasn't going to get away with that ****. That's what that was all about. And, anyone that doesn't see that is living in a fantasy world.

    No it hasn't.

Except for 'terrorist threats', yeah they should be able to say anything they want, as loud as they want, for a short period of time, as long as it doesn't constitute a continual breach to the peace.

They were both wrong, but the Officer was more wrong.

You said you were done with this, yet had just asked a question. ???

    Yes the same opinion.

Well in that case, we can then read into the Officer's actions too, without the aid of a mind reading device.
Being an Officer he knows how to word his reports.
He should have immediately left after Gates identified himself.
The Officer purposely lead him to come out onto the porch, knowing full well the state of mind Gates was in.
Stating that Gates surprised and alarmed the onlookers (if on his property - trespassers) is bs.
The Officer created the situation, in the performance of his duties, and could have diffused it without resorting to arrest.

Cop obviously thought Gates was a smart enough criminal to put pictures of he and his family around the house to fool the authorities.

There were pictures? Can you post me the pictures of his pictures that the officer stood around and observed?
