Iraq Plans to Send 10,000 Students to Colleges in U.S., Abroad

The situation in the world today borders on the fantastic. Never before in history has one civilization allowed large numbers of those who come from an alien, and immutably hostile situation, to settle deep within that first civilization’s borders.

Never before have the members of one civilization failed to investigate, and even willfully refused to investigate, or to listen to those who warn about, the consequences for all non-Muslims of the belief-system of Islam. In history, the phenomenon of the Barbarians at the Gates is hardly new. Those barbarians lay siege; if they win, they enter in triumph. Should they lose, the advanced civilization survives.

But never before have the gates been opened, to an entering force that has not even been identified or understood. Never before have the inhabitants of the by-now vulnerable city made efforts not to recognize, or realize, what they have done, and what they have undone. That demographic intrusion shows no signs of diminishing.

The systematic building of mosques and madrasas, paid for by Saudi Arabia, everywhere in the Western world, helps to make the conduct of Muslim life easier. Western populations have been trained to make much of “celebrating diversity” and “promoting difference” and constructing, on a base of militant but unexamined pluralism, an edifice of legal rights and entitlements. These rights, these entitlements, this militant pluralism are exploited by Muslims who do not believe in pluralism. Nor do they accept the individual rights of conscience and free speech, the legal equality of men and women, and of religious and racial minorities, recognized, for example, in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Their current claim to support pluralism is based on the need to protect, and increase the power of, the Muslim umma, or Community, within the West, until such time as that umma no longer needs to pretend to have any interest in Western pluralism and Western values.

Jihad Watch: Fitzgerald: Islam for Infidels, Part One

Some of the most educated Muslims in the world, are terrorists.

Yes....and the very overwhelming are not.

One of the steps in reaching higher understanding of just how corrupt and sinful our society is, is to spend time in America or the West. Many attend universities to achieve this goal. From what you have been tyoing you are obviously aware of this. Islamic terrorists are superior hypocrits in this aspect. They will spend years playing American video games, watching American movies, and listening to American music and enjoy every minute of it, but will go home to his brothers and preach of its sin to continue his war for God.

But there are far more powerful Muslims that have attended Western universities and do not follow this stupid Islamic superiority complex that the terrorists do. Vali Nasr (Iranian) was a key figure in turning Iraq around. There is no coincidence that Iraq turned the corner around the same period that Rumsfeld "quit" and President Bush summoned an audience with Nasr. Irshad Manji (Arab) is a speaker and an author that has cut though the garbage and rhetoric of the Islamic terrorist and seeks to make Muslims look in the mirror. A quote from her book....."It's up to us in the West to drop reactionary charges of racism against the whistleblowers of Islam and lead the charge for change." She is speaking of fellow Muslims who strangle creatism, modernism, and lean towards terror to maintain centuries old prescriptions, which really merely ensures allegiance to a certain tribe rather than God. These two only represent a far greater number that Bin Laden does. But Bin Laden sells the newspapers.

I disagree that education is a terrorist killer. five-five-six and seven-six-two are terrorist killers.

To you and for me. But education is the pre-emptive strike. This is proven. Look at Christianity. Until the Protestant ripped the faith apart in the 16th century, the center of God's earth was Rome and the language of God was Latin. The mobile priting press helped to spread the word or "educate" the ignorant. With Protestants changing the path to God, the Catholic church no longer held the monopoly on the Christian faith. Competition breeds excellence. Ideas, success, and cooperation between denominations are needed in order to ensure progress in both. And what is earthly religion but a competition for souls to further establish its validity? Over the decades and centuries the acceptance of sciences and mathematics from formal education helped people to understand their world and at the same time make the Christian religion more healthy and less deadly. Education also saw women's emancipation in the West. Where would America be today if we continued to prohibit half our population from contributing ideas and effort to the work force?

In the Middle East, Arabic Islam holds the monopoly. Mecca continues to be the faced prayer center of Islam and the Arabic language continues to be the language of God despite the Quran expressing that God is everywhere and speaks all languages. There is no competition for souls within Islam. Their societies only tap into half its brain power and is determined on whether or not you have a ding-ding. You are either born in the priviledged tribe or you are not, which makes you not a true Muslim. Did I mention that Arab leaders in the 17th century banned the mobile printing press in the Muslim region and before this made itjihad illegal and a sin? The Middle East is full of educated souls that are speaking out against these strangulations and pointing at the West as proof that God can exist along side modenrism and success.

I would submit to people that they aren't looking at this whole event correctly. This is a continual regional war where the enemies can been seen as....

1) Arab tribe vs. everyone else's tribe or...
2) Educated modernist Muslims within the Arab and Shia tribe vs. the ignorant fundementalists of both tribes who serve to keep the region enslaved to prescriptions that will not work in the 21st century.

We are merely stuck in it because of 9/11 and the fact that globalization will not permit our absence. Education is key before the use of 5.56 or 7.62 becomes the result.
