This is outrageous and Dr. Miller better be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This is gross negligence on his part.

His license should be revoked immediately. Hiding the records for 2 years is obstruction to justice. Period. Why didn't he turn the records over to the police after the killings? And the fact he had these records on this sick student and never recommended him for treatment to the university clinic?

.."A memo from Gov. Tim Kaine's chief legal counsel to victims' family members says Cho's records and those of several other Virginia Tech students were found last week in the home of Dr. Robert C. Miller. The memo was obtained by The Associated Press on Wednesday.

The memo said Cho's records were removed from the Cook Counseling Center on the Virginia Tech campus more than a year before the shootings, when Miller left the clinic.."

I'm with you. I am interested to learn more about why he took the records from the clinic, which is against the law. Can you imagine how the victims's families feel? How horrific.

Exactly, the only reason the records were found is because of the families suing the University - their attorneys found the records in this guy's home. No one, no one, offered those records to the authorities after the horrific murders, least of all Dr. Robert C. Miller.

Moderator's Warning:
Woah there. There's a number of threads people can search and bump if they want to talk about gun control and the Va Tech shooting, or they can start a new thread. Every thread about this does NOT need to turn into a "Guns are good/Guns are bad" debate. Lets try to stick to the subject, specifically the Doctor keeping these records, and leave the gun debate out of this one from BOTH sides
