It would be quite the thing if the people could be civil and respectful.
But I see so little of this...
    And the truth...never..
Why was the kiosk not allowed, exactly why ???
And this "private property" - the owners can do whatever they wish....this does not cut it...

Actually, it does cut it. This is a property rights issue ..nothing more.

Responses to your points, in no perticular order:

Thought I would point out that from the sound of things, the kiosk owner was not very civil or respectful.

As to the legality of the mall owner(s) telling him to leave, as far as I am aware, that's perfectly legal, and if it isn't, it should be. Private property is private, after all.

The circumstances, of course, will be the main factor in any given person's response. If you dislike Obama, then you probably will be more likely to sympathize with the kiosk guy. If the reverse, well...the reverse.

As to why the kiosk was removed? Because the mall owner decided to have it removed.

Don't forget to buy yourself a "Religious Right - the American Taliban" or "George Bush: War Criminal" bumper sticker!

Did the guy have a lease? Did he violate it? If no then he should sue. Even if the mall was within its rights, people have a right to boycott the mall.

Sue for what? Not renewing his lease? He cant force them to do business with him. He doesnt have a snowballs chance in hell if he goes to court.

I was unaware that bumper stickers should strive for deep, powerful meaning that is socially concious.
