I am quite aware of what the term "trite" means. If you're bothered by the use of the term "terrorism", I suggest you offer up a reasonable synonym in it's place. Maybe then you will get around to actually addressing Ikari's argument... Maybe.

No they haven't, I don't think you've been paying attention. The "libbos" want the war on terrorism prosecuted effectively, intelligently, and in the right region.

Hahah...everything I posted was specific response to another's post. If you're going to run your mouth about me and my posts, please at least educate yourself on what it is that you are running your mouth about.

That specific comment I had made to that poster was based on the fact that the poster had previously suggested that we engage in terrorist activities to combat the terrorists. Then when I suggested that we caution ourselves with what we do, he tried to start saying that I wanted to negotiate only (which is not true, that's hyperbole and at worst lies made by people to avoid actual debate) and then asked what the definition of insanity was. To which I replied to him "thinking that terrorism will solve terrorism", as his solution to the problem was for us to engage in terrorist activities. It was all purposeful response to a poster and his claims. But no matter what you try to claim, terrorism will not solve the problems of terrorism and believing so is rather insane.

I asked who suggested surrender in relation to this thread and you came back with "Libbos". I asked because I'm still curious to see where he came up with the idea that anyone suggested surrender.

Yeh, I was wondering that too, but no one seems to want to answer. What do you call it when you abandon the search for Osama binLaden and suddenly no longer care about "catching him dead or alive", is that not surrender?

The only thing that calms me down is reassuring myself that if this happens to my kid, I won't make myself go on living.
