Coffee 'may reverse Alzheimer's'

I saw this article on the BBC site yesterday and I got all excited until I reached the end of the article and it said this:

"It is too soon to say whether a cup of coffee is anything more than a pleasant pick me up."

What a buzzkill!

I immediately went and poured another cup of coffee to compensate.

There is a lot of controversy about the effects of coffee on the heart. Some studies say that caffeine is a very powerful antioxidant, and very good for the heart.
The 40 year coffee controversy has convinced me about the doubtfulness of most of these kinds of studies. Every year or two it's coffee on, then coffee off.....then coffee on, then coffee off......
