If you dont want your job outsourced, then get a job that can't be. That simple.
I doubt you would feel that way if your family was on that plan you dream of and couldn't pay the rent, food, etc.

I'll take that as an admission that you have no resonable, supportable response to my point.
    Fair enough.

Why not being back child labor while we/re at it, I mean hey, what's best for the company and all right?
Come on your better than that, you know that isn't what I was meaning.

Whats best for the company can be what is best for the individual.

If a company completely automates their manufacturing facilities, they putting hundreds of people to work as engineers, maintenance techs, quality control techs etc.

See all those I mentioned, not one person is unskilled. That is the labor market we are going to have to live with. We are moving away from unskilled labor to skilled labor.
I was discovering that life just simply isn't fair and bask in the unsung glory of knowing that each obstacle overcome along the way only adds to the satisfaction in the end. Nothing great, after all, was ever accomplished by anyone sulking in his or her misery.

Actually, your criticism seemed to be that Obama did not address what you wanted him to in one interview. Boo hoo.

I remeber when the big cry was about robots replacing workers.
That's just another form of outsourcing.
Why would a company NOT automate jobs that can be automated?
And, doesnt doing so create a demand for jobs, in and of itself?

True. Wages will be continually driven down and working people will comprise a third world without borders.

The free market is driven by human nature.
Not much you can do about that.

I see you have, yet again, stopped trying to argue the relevant points in the discussion. Under the free market, everyone gets to participate in the exercise of human nature, rather than just those with power.
