I stated my opinion just like he stated his. I noticed you don't seem to hurt over the fact he doesn't think gays are worthy to wear the uniform.

I don't think people that treat gays like second class citizens deserve to wear the uniform.

Anyone that puts the welfare of his service first and foremost is worthy of wearing the uniform. Anyone who would jeopardize his service in the name of political correctness, or his political agenda is a piece of **** and doesn't deserve to be a member of the armed services.

Oh bull****, if someone were to say blacks were not worthy of wearing the uniform, I doubt you would say they are worthy to wear the uniform for that comment.

The same goes for me when someone says ALL GAYS are not worthy of serving.

I've served with a couple of gays that were not only competent, but were quite honorable. His comments insulted all of them. Yet I see you gave him a pass to insult all gays and say they aren't worthy. Pathetic.

Because the motivation to abolish DADT has nothing to do with improving, nor providing an asset to the armed forces. This is all about making gays happy and winning votes. This is the ultimate, "can't we all get along", political move.

So, what unit were you in? You gonna enlist anytime soon? GI Joe is serving in the service, now, so I would think his opinion stacks up a little higher than the rest of you.

It has nothing to do with 'making people happy'. It has to do with civil rights. Heterosexual men and women aren't expected to "don't ask, don't tell", so homosexuals shouldn't be either.
