Absolutely. There is nothing right about an unfair fight. Let the people be able to defend themselves.

You're probably right. Some bleached pedophile freak dies of a heart attack and the media goes nuts while Iranian people are massacred in the streets and we don't hear a peep.

Unless Barry finds the balls to say something weak again like "Ohhh, I'm a little concerned there, Ahmedinijad, that you're throwing people off bridges. Let's try to cut that kind of behavior out, okay?"

so obviously you do not see this as an internal affair anymore?
should we not just be funneling, ok smuggle arms, munitions, & funds into the country, just as they were doing in Iraq

I can totallly agree about supplying the protesters, that is what i stated in the condemnation of Obama for saying noting thread, but i do not think we can do something overtly yet

I think that the UN should get behind it or get the **** out of the way and let the West do something about the Middle East's problem child. I would hope other ME countries that claim to be free would do the same thing.

I am ok with playing into their hands at this point. At the end of a big ole bomb on the Ayatollas house again.

No I am saying the US is in no position to actively help the situation. Any moves will only give more strenght to the Tyrants in Iran. We must show solidarity with the struggle for freedom, call for peaceful resolutions and be ready to recognize any new power center if it appears.

    Umm.....we've done that.

If this report is true, the response of the Islamic Republic has been to kill fellow believers.

If this report is true, the response of the Islamic Republic has been to declare themselves the enemy of the Iranian people.

This report must be confirmed, before anything definitive is said or done, by the US, by other nations, or by the UN. However, there should be no equivocation in response once this report is confirmed: the response must be clear, categorical, condemnation of the Islamic Republic.

They need to turn these protests violent. The non-violence on the part of the People isn't working and their government has firmly set themselves against the rights and liberties of their people. The government will use violence against them, they need to respond in kind. They need a full out revolution.
