Michael Jackson -- Cardiac Arrest

I'd say he had a pretty abnormal childhood. Actually, he didn't have one, which might explain his affinity for kids and acting like one himself.

Well, when an adult insists he is Peter Pan, this is usually the case.

Abnormal, sure. But people overcome much worse and don't end up with a break from reality the way Jackson did, ie: inappropriate (at best) relationships with children, facial mutilation, bizarre behaviors (wearing pajamas to court, dancing on cars), drug addictions that likely caused his death ... etc. MJ's training in childhood made him a star. There was something great that came out of it. He could realize his heart's desire. Not many people can say that. I'm sure his father was a jerk and probably hit him. My dad was similar. I'm scarred, but never broken. At some point, people move forward, tattered but forward. MJ had access to the best therapy in the world. I think he went way beyond having an abnormal childhood. He created an abnormal adulthood for himself (and Lord only knows the damage he did to his and other's children). At some point one has to stop blaming one's choices on what happened way in the past.

His childhood is certainly not an excuse for his life as an adult, I completely agree. Thing is, I doubt he recognized how really warped he was in the eye of other people. I remember in an interview he thought it was dumb not to want to sleep in the same bed as a child. Good grief!

I will say something else, and it's not in any way a defense for how he acted and lived. But I will say, though, that living with celebrity is another thing to overcome. He said he was very isolated and lonely, and it's understandable. That in itself, can cause people to go nuts.

Pahrump (Nevada) has also attracted a number of notable residents, including paranormal talk radio host Art Bell, and Michael Jackson, who purchased a home in the area in 2008, where he briefly had a home studio and home schooled his three children.[3] Notable businesses in the area include Front Sight Firearms Training Institute[citation needed] and Spring Mountain Motor Sports Ranch[citation needed], in addition to several legal brothels such as the Chicken Ranch and Sheri's Ranch.

Art Bell mentioned this on Coast to Coast AM this past Friday night and said he never announced it before because he wanted to respect MJ's privacy.

Decent of him.

True enough. I don't know what the truth is regarding the accusations against him, but I will say that there are plenty of people out there who advocate the Family Bed thing. Personally, I disagree with it. The parental bed and bedroom is a private place for them alone.

It wasn't a family bed. He had other little boys sleep in his bed, not his kids.

BTW, there have never been any reports of little girls sleeping in his bed.

Check out 4:00 ....

now that he is dead, some unsavory truths may emerge....keep watching this drama unfold and there is no telling what may be found out...

Joe Jackson says he's doing "great." He seems more bent on pushing his son's legacy tonight than bothering to make funeral plans. What a tool.

But...he made Thriller. Thriller.

Big deal...
People die every day; even that noise maker Mays died.
jackson was just another "song" writer and dancer.
He could not carry Hank Williams Sr used rubbers...

I think Jackson is innocent of the child molestation claims. He made the mistake of hoping that settling out of court would make things go away, the only thing settling out of court did was encourage more scam artist. Yeah I do think he is weird and he was trying to vicariously relive his childhood through his children and other people's children, but I do not think he is child molester. I know if someone molested one of my kids or nieces or nephew I would not settle with a out of court settlement, I would want that person dead or in prison getting butted ****ed by big Bubba so that he will not **** with anyone else's kids. If the allegations are true what kind of ****ed up parent basically sells their child out to greed,"yes Timmy we know the mean man molested you,but he gave us a lot money to shut the hell up,so you get no justice and he gets to **** with people's kids.

That said I have a twisted sense of humor- (just in case someone else hasn't posted these jokes yet)

"I heard Michael Jackson didn't die of a heart attack,he was found in the childrens ward having a stroke."

"I heard Micheal Jackson died from food poisoning...he swallowed 12 year old nuts"

"Michael Jackson is to be recycled into polystyrene cups, so kids can still put their lips around his rim"

"What were M.J.'s last words to the ambulance driver? A: Take me to the Children's Hospital"

"Because Jackson’s body was 95% plastic, he will be melted down and turned into legos, this way kids can play with him for a change"

"Whats the difference between Michael Jackson and Disney films, Disney films can still touch children."

"Michael Jackson's dying wish was to be melted down and turned into straws so he can still get sucked on by kids."

"Madonna sent her condolences to the Jackson family. Then asked how much they wanted for the kids"

"Farrah Fawcett arrived at the Pearly Gates and God asked her what he could do for her having led such an honest life. Farrah asked God to simply make sure the children of the world were safe. A little later Michael Jackson died."

A family bed is one thing but he said he thinks it is fine to let kids that are not your children in your bed. Then he went on to say he slept on the floor while he allowed all these kids in his bed.

Joe Jackson is doing great? Even after his sons death is still being a jerk. That is one mean man and hope he rots one day:(

Yeah, I know. I didn't make that distinction in my post about that. My bad. I suppose if one is a regressed 10 year old, as I've read that MJ may have been, it probably doesn't seem like a big deal. None of us will ever know if he was an abuser or the victim of scam artists. His behavior was no doubt inappropriate, but if he was simply regressed psychologically, I have to wonder whether he was ever taken aside prior to any allegations being made and educated on what is and isn't appropriate behavior between adults and children.

Once again, I forgot you were guilty until proven innocent.

I'm tired of the "Poor Michael didn't have a childhood" BS.

Boo ****ing hoo

If that mother ****er grew up in some thrid world country working in a sweat shop, I'd give him some sympathy. That would be not having a childhood. But he grew up in the lap of luxury.

Tough **** that the amazing life you had was attributed to the fact that you were astoundingly rich by age 12, but big ****ing deal. I don't ****ing care if that whiny little bitch didn't have a "normal" childhood. **** him and his ****ing "childhood".

You, sir, have just made an enemy out of an army of dancing zombies.
May the Lord keep you safe.

Have you ever considered writing obituaries?

It could be that he is being found guilty, or innocent, by a higher judge right now.

Why would the Supreme Court hear his case now? He's dead!

Sorry, I couldn't resist.
