Broad and Dauphin is North Philly. Nevertheless, I know for a fact it's not the ****tiest neighborhood in the city, let alone competitive nationally. I used to live about ten blocks from that inter section.
And why does your tone suggest that you do not care about children?

I know exactly where it is, but that is not really North Philly, North Philly. Temple U is not far off.

Yeah, compared to like Olney it's not that far north, but I personally consider anything north of Diamond to be pretty solidly "North". Of course, I grew up on South Street, so I'm biased.

For my ****ty neighborhood dollar I'd personally go with East Germantown or Mantua.

125th and St. Nick is the most dangerous neighborhood in New York?

    So hilariously bad, too.

I've walked around 125th and St Nick at 2 am and not been that concerned. I wouldn't walk around Brownsville at noon on Sunday with a priest and armed guard.

These people have never been to Bowen Homes in west Atlanta.
That is a ****ing scary ass place.

"HUD determined the development was obsolete, while AHA found it ridden with crime. Based on Atlanta Police reports, between June 2007 and January 2008, there were 168 violent crimes, including five murders, at Bowen Homes. And the cost to modernize and rehabilitate Bowen was estimated at about $67 million."

It's just an apartment complex on top of that.

Bowen Homes targeted for demolition - Atlanta Business Chronicle:
I was discovering that life just simply isn't fair and bask in the unsung glory of knowing that each obstacle overcome along the way only adds to the satisfaction in the end. Nothing great, after all, was ever accomplished by anyone sulking in his or her misery.

We've had very strict anti-gun laws in place since 1982, Inferno. They've failed for way too long.

I lived in Ft.Greene right next door to Bed Stuy and that 'hood was a nightmare.
