Think about it, why would he do this.
To drive up the costs of healthcare for the private sector to make the desire for public healthcare grow.
Lets also remember, that when you do your taxes, if you have kids under 18, and you are eligible for CTC (Child Tax Credit), they have a dropdown box, that asks how long that child lived with you during the year. This dropdown box is done in monthly increments.
So the "partner" in this story doesnt really have to be a full time resident of the place you call home, to get the benefit, IF it winds up like any other tax related issue. Just check off "6 months" and you get the benefit.
But yeah, I think you hit the nail on the head Rev, this is more to do about healthcare then anything else.
Just more COST, coming from Team Obama.
