Shooting reported at or near U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington.

The other really disturbing thing that has been reported today is the number of skinheads and neo-nazis that visit the holocaust memorial and get excited by the disturbing images and uniforms at the museum.

I went to that museum the year is opened and it was a profoundly moving experience--sad to see what we are capable of and, at the same time, hopeful to see what we can overcome.

I hear ya !!! I don't have to go to the museum my parents non Jews were sent to forced labors camps by the Germans. Obviously they survived !! An aunt of mine was forced at gun point to "help" bury Jews who were shot in trenches outside her village in NAZI occupied Eastern Europe.
One of my Grandfathers had to drive his Jewish neighbors to the railroad station when they were ordered to go to "resettlement" camps!! I heard these stories from my parents from the time I was a little kid. Actually from my Mother Dad never said much except one quote " all Germans have blood on their hands".

Think about this !!How many idiots have called President Obama a "socialist" and some idiiots have called him a "marxist" , is it a wonder that maybe this whackjob listened to them and acted out.

How many idiots have have run thier mouths claiming the President Obams wasn't a natural born American citizen !!!!!!

Yes we all have free speech that is our right but for that right we have the duty to speak freely but with sanity.

Has this whackjob listened to Limbauggh or Shawn VANITY, or that idiot Savage who by the way is Jewish, how ironic. Have they not demeaned the President and Democrats and Liberals and Progressives ?

Don't you think that these three horses asses Limbaugh ,VANITY, and Savage
helped create this Museum idiot ! hasn't he recieved aid and comfort from their words !!

That uproar was the assumption in the report that returning Iraq vets were terrorists, as well as people with Paul bumper stickers or Libertarians.

why don't you get the the link to the report and show us what it said ?? You won't because you know that the report did NOT call veterans terrorists.

I am the first to advocate the First Amendment but I also demand that all use common sense, decency, and truth when they speak!!!! To purposely lie and stir up the unstable is not a proper use of the rights granted by the first amendment.
