As far as I can tell from reading on this, they should be. I would say that based on my knowledge so far, Attorney General Holder screwed up badly on this. If the facts are as they seem, it is time for him to be removed.
It's a shame they haven't caught on that the civil right era is gone.
Yep, they look scary on the clip Sgt posted.

If your not familiar with the way The Politically Correct States of America work, small lesson for you.

The reason for the sarcasm in his statement is that Minority radical groups don't get the same type of attention that white racist radical groups get.

Why that is must have something to do with the politically correct view of blacks as some poor oppressed group of individuals who have just reasons for doing these sorts of things and thus get ignored.
"I condemn the ideology of White Supremacy and Nazism. They are thugs, criminals, and repugnant, and are against what I believe to be "The American Way" "
Thus my obligatory condemnation of White supremacy will now be in every post, lest I be accused of supporting it because I didn't mention it specifically every time I post.

    Honestly, that's pretty ****ing pathetic.
People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

Just like there are conservatives who still try to say George Bush was not a disastrous president, or that invading Iraq was a good idea, or any other number of things which the evidence says the exact opposite!! But for all people who are not partisan hacks, there is no reason to defend this!!
I am not going to speak for anyone but myself here, but I am not asking where are the liberals to defend either the Black Panther thugs or Holder's decision to let them go with a light wrist slap. I am asking where are the liberals to be outraged by all of this.

The sad reality of this particular topic is that the liberal voices have been stunningly silent across more than one thread (with the exception of a certain passionate apologist for Dear Leader). That silence, and Dear Leader's silence, is far more disturbing than the Department of Justice's wrong-headed decision to just drop the matter.

No, sir, I do not ask liberals to defend this. I ask them to be outraged by this, and to be doubly outraged by the refusal of the Attorney General to bring these thugs to heel.

I am not outraged by this, but I think it is an injustice, and it was clearly the wrong decision!! I am far more outraged by other things, but this is certainly bad!!

I would prefer your outrage, but I will gladly take your opprobrium. As you say....what matters is that it is wrong, and it is wrong that these men intimidated voters without consequence to them.

You're not outraged by thugs using threats of violence to suppress the vote.

Would you feel differently if it was white thugs supporting McCain instead of your Messiah?

We can all remember the false outrage the left exhibited upon hearing the phony reports of voter suppression of blacks in Miami when Al Gore tried to steal the White House. Why are the people on the left acting differently now? (a completely rhetorical question, leftists are racists).

Why aren't they in jail? Is threatening and imtimidation now acceptable?
Yes, except for white men. Everyone else may act a fool with government sanction.

So history of being the 'opressed' gives some a get out of jail free card?
In that case i hope the Native Americans can get away with murder in US
Seems ridiculous to me but what do i know.
