Cop Pulls Over Ambulance Carrying Patient To Hospital For “Failure To Yield”

Re: Attorney defends trooper in Okla. ambulance stop

The tropper should be charged with attempted manslaughter.

Re: Attorney defends trooper in Okla. ambulance stop

Sounds like a classic case of failure to communicate.

Re: Attorney defends trooper in Okla. ambulance stop

A few dozen sessions with a shrink and come anger management courses would do that officer a world of good.
If he can't do his job without going near-postal, he needs to find another job.
Paramedic might be good for him....

Re: Attorney defends trooper in Okla. ambulance stop

The cop should be fired for incompotence. There are enough ridiculous police incidents and bad cops to give all officers a bad name and to cause public distrust. Salaries and requirements need to be increased to prevent the recruitment of these idiots.

Re: Attorney defends trooper in Okla. ambulance stop

this was in the news a few years back, a law enforcement agency didn't want to hire one guy because he "scored too high" on the exam. Their thinking was, he will get hired, trained, spend a few years on the job, then get bored and quit, or move on.
I think the truth is more like the leadership currently in place is intimidated by those smarter than them....

It is a joke, and the leadership down should be repalced with compotent, intelligent law enforcement. Maybe that way some crimes can actually be solved and the people protected from crime, rather than be of need to be protected from the police.
