North Korea Threatens South, Armistice Off

Because 59 years ago, their economy wasn't dependent on the west like it is now. They would be committing suicide to so it now. They're smarter than that.

A few items that most of you have missed first both Russia and China ahve been doing back door discussion woth the moron in charge of NK telling him to back off second both Country's have move some of there military unit to the NK Border and have place others on stand-by alerts. If NK did attack SK China would attack NK they know it would be in their and the Worlds best interest.

All the faith in the world won't help this country overcome basic economic forces. There are limits to how much we can spend and not have our economic system collapse like a house of cards-- and we've already reached those limits from our past two wars and irresponsible fiscal policy.

Not only that, if any of you think that China is going to let a shooting war start, you're off your rocker. Considering how South Korea is one of China's biggest trading partners and how the Party seeks to avoid anything that will cause unrest, the loss of economic activity in addition to potential physical damage and refugees as a combined impact upon China's economy is going to ensure that the Party leadership will reel North Korea in before an actual war starts. China's already seeing unrest from rising unemployment. War is bad for China's employment.
