Liberty University Bans Democrat Club

Good to know conservatives haven't changed on their intolerance. They hate what they don't agree with and agree to ban it.

Where have I or anyone else argued in support of Liberty?

Are you really having trouble understanding what we're talking about?

You seem to support their right and you haven't said you disagree with their stance.

STAND UP then and be heard, don't be a little scared sheep. Let us know you disagree with it.

Let us know as a conservative you are against them doing this then. So far you haven't.

You have played the sheep.

It is quite clear a private university cannot simply do whatever it wants, so my question is when does the 1st amendment rights of the school end and the 1st amendment rights of the students begins?

Obviously there is a line so where is it?

The line ends where the student group uses the University logo in their correspondence and flyers.

If the university feels the content surrounding their trademarked material reflects inappropriately on the university, they're perfectly justified in withdrawing their permission for that group to use their logo.

Nobody is terminating the Traitors-R-Us Democrats at Liberty University from exercising their First Amendment freedoms, no. They don't have a first amendment right to use that logo without consequence. They're still perfectly free to say whatever idiocy it is that todays Moronic Treasonous Democrats on Campus say....on their own letter head and, possibly, using their very own off campus offices paid for with their very own money.

So, in reality, there's no First Amendment issue here whatsoever. None.

Anti-discrimination is not political, it is STANDARD for ALL clubs.
Of course it is political. It is the heart of political correctness which is inherently political. It might be a good thing to some degree but in this context it is certainly political.

Actually it can. A private universities that receives no federal dollars has more or less free reign on activities outside of those described by the COTUS.

so my question is when does the 1st amendment rights of the school end and the 1st amendment rights of the students begins?

This isn't a first amendment issue. No one said that the participants in the club cannot say or write their beliefs. They simply cannot have a school backed club. And remember that free speech does not bar a private universities receiving no federal dollars from kicking people out for saying certain things.
You have the right to say whatever, but we don't have a duty to keep you enrolled after you say it.
